We cover 7 Days Replacement Guarantee except intact box or packet for physical products sold on Ecovally.com
Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery.
Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.
Conditions for Returns:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
Proof of purchase Order number, invoice, etc

Issuance of Refunds
Delivery of the ordered items is subject to availability of the products at our vendor’s depot/warehouse/store.
If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method Such as Bkash, Rocket or Bank Account.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected.
After confirming any Order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and an online payment is already made by the customer against that order, Ecovally.com will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times 4-5 Business Days.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
• Damages due to misuse of the product • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product • Any consumable item which has been used or installed • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
